01The problem
Every property-management-system integration was a bespoke service with no shared contract and no automated proof that it spoke the same event format as the integrations already in production.
02My contribution
Developer on the team that built the factory: an LLM research agent that maps a vendor API into a reviewable capability map, a deterministic NestJS generator that keeps regenerated code apart from hand-written seams, an LLM-assisted fill loop, and a harness that replays redacted event-bus traffic to grade every build.
03The platform
What the product does. Details are kept generic to respect the client's confidentiality.
Failures are classified four ways (contract, payload, ordering, missing fixture), and contract drift is detected automatically.
Typed wire contract in Zod with JSON Schema export and reference fixtures.
The capability map files an epic and per-feature tickets, so planning comes out of the same source as the code.
11 architecture decision records document the design.
04Outcome
New connectors became repeatable and verifiable: two integrations generated so far, 25 event types under a typed contract, 15 validation gates and 330+ test files, deployed to dev and stage through GitOps.
