01The problem

Neblo AI, an early-stage freight-brokerage automation startup, had outgrown its Framer site and needed a CMS-driven blog and SEO landing pages without losing its design.

02My contribution

Sole developer on the Next.js 16 rebuild (React 19, Tailwind CSS v4). Kept pages as server components with Framer Motion isolated in client components, embedded Sanity Studio with 7 schemas, draft mode and a revalidation webhook for ISR, and added programmatic-SEO landing pages, a sitemap, RSS and a SendGrid contact form.

  • Sanity Studio embedded at /studio, so content and code deploy together.
  • Webhook-driven incremental static regeneration instead of full rebuilds.
  • Programmatic SEO landing pages generated from structured content.

03Outcome

13 pages live at neblo.ai. The team publishes in Sanity and new posts go live seconds later.
