01The problem

A travel agency needed to update packages, destinations and blog posts without waiting on a developer.

02My contribution

Turned a Next.js travel template into a self-managed site: a CMS on Firestore with security rules, Cloud Functions for background tasks, Google Maps and Places integration, and server-rendered pages for packages, destinations, bookings and posts.

03Outcome

Live and maintained by the agency itself, with SEO-friendly pages for every package and destination.
