01The problem

A large staff portal (admissions, attendance, timetables, exams, finance, payroll) was stuck on Vue 2, Vue CLI and a UI kit with no Vue 3 version.

02My contribution

Migrated it module by module, from Dashboard and Schedule through Staff, Students, Admissions, Courses and Attendance: Vue 3.5 with the Composition API, Vue Router 4, Vuex 4 and Vite 5. Replaced plugins that had no Vue 3 versions and removed filters and deprecated patterns.

03Outcome

A supported, faster-building codebase across 1,011 components and 66 page modules.
