01The problem
Physicians spend a large share of their day writing up visit notes and looking up diagnosis codes.
02My contribution
Built the prototype end to end: in-browser audio recording posting to a FastAPI backend on PostgreSQL, Whisper for multilingual transcription, and GPT-4o-mini drafting the SOAP note with ICD-10/CPT suggestions, medication warnings and follow-up items. Patient records keep visit history; JWT auth lives in HTTP-only cookies.
03Outcome
A working, Dockerized prototype where a single recording produces the full clinical write-up.
