01The problem

Patients had no data on which products actually relieved their symptoms, and dispensaries had no outcome data on their menus.

02My contribution

Developer on the Django backend and the React/Cordova mobile app.

03The platform

What the product does. Details are kept generic to respect the client's confidentiality.

  • Before/after symptom tracking per dose, insights, reminders and barcode scanning.
  • Lab-profile product catalog and product finder.
  • Aggregate effectiveness scoring per product and symptom, computed in Celery jobs.

04Outcome

A consumer app plus partner backend: 127 data models, menus imported from 13 POS systems and rewards synced with 3 loyalty platforms.
