01The problem
Dealership accounting teams re-typed hundreds of floorplan, warranty, tax and vendor statements into their dealer-management system every month.
02My contribution
Developer on the serverless Node.js services and the React dashboard.
03The platform
What the product does. Details are kept generic to respect the client's confidentiality.
- PDFs, scans (OCR via AWS Textract) and email attachments come in, and the document type is detected automatically.
- Per-division transform and reconciliation pipelines output journal entries in each DMS's layout.
- Multi-tenant dashboard with live job status over WebSockets.
04Outcome
A long-running product with 350 document parsers, 117 transform rule types and 14 Lambda services feeding three dealer-management formats.
