01The problem
Recruiters spent hours screening resumes by hand and answering the same policy questions, across tools that didn't talk to each other.
02My contribution
Developer on the platform's FastAPI backend and Next.js front end.
03The platform
What the product does. Details are kept generic to respect the client's confidentiality.
- PDF and DOCX resumes become structured candidate records through GPT-4o extraction.
- A 0–100 match score per job with strengths and gaps, and one-click ranking of every applicant.
- Kanban pipeline, interview scheduling and onboarding plans.
- An HR assistant over policy documents (pgvector embeddings) that answers with citations; four-role RBAC.
04Outcome
Parsing, ranking, scheduling, pipeline, HR chat, onboarding and analytics in one multi-tenant product: 47 API endpoints over 17 tables, shipped with Docker Compose.
